With a capacity of 230 people, this indoor and outdoor venue has 4 different rooms, a large patio, lounge, and an outdoor ceremony area. Tons of natural light and plenty of plants. It can get quite warm so make sure you dress for the heat!
There will be a few events happening from Thursday - Sunday to help everyone meet & do some more traditional ceremonies.
We'll let you know on the invitation which days to come for! Locations are TBD but all within the Greater Toronto Area.
We're booking out a bar downtown for all our friends and cousins to meet and hangout.
We'll be hosting a joint Huldi (Bengali) and Roce (Goan) ceremony for our immediate family to meet & greet.
The wedding! From the afternoon and continue on until the evening. There may be a secret afterparty 👀.
A traditional brunch hosted by the grooms family.
Daniel and Nayantara went on their first date on July 25th, 2019. They both went to McMaster University and had (very briefly) met before formally crossing paths in Toronto. Nayantara sent the first message and what started off as a catch up to get drinks quickly turned into a date!
Our first date was a stop at a bar on Bloor Street and then a long walk to get ice cream. We didn't know if it would work out as we both had busy work schedules - but our travels matched up perfectly! We bonded over the work we were doing, our sense of humour, and quickly became each other's best friends.
We had been together for 6 months before the lock down started. Over the next 2 years, life changed dramatically. Nayantara had just started her residency in a global pandemic and it was hard to spend time together in person. But we learned how to support each other through distance and find the laughter in hard times.
We got engaged in October 2023. Daniel reached out to Nayantara's friends 6 months in advance to plan a fake 'dinner' in Hamilton. Little did Nayantara know that 'dinner' was actually a post-engagement party! We went on a private tour at a winery right before where Daniel popped the question then went and celebrated with our friends.

Dress for a warm, outdoor summer wedding. The venue is a greenhouse so it may get quite hot.
Pearson airport (YYZ) is the biggest one in Toronto. You'll be able to get everywhere from there. If you're staying in the city then see if you can find a flight to Billy Bishop Airport (YTO)! Is right in the city centre.
The wedding will be in Newmarket - which is about an hour drive from Toronto. We would recommend staying in a hotel or Airbnb around the area. We'll be able to send out a specific hotel closer to the date!
No! The main event is on Saturday but the rest are optional. We'll be hosting the cocktail night downtown Toronto on the Thursday for all our friends and cousins to meet each other.
It's a secret. 👀
